Beyond immediate technical site evaluation, specific strategic and tactical advice can be provided based on a client\u2019s requirements or expectations taking into account a site\u2019s installed or planned engineering infrastructure.<\/p>\n

This service offers a clear technical understanding of a particular site\u2019s engineering infrastructure, condition and capabilities. Deliverables<\/h3>\n

Individual consultants will utilise decades of data centre specific experience to complete site surveys using Future-tech\u2019s in house data centre consultants augmented by specialist external resources and toolsets as required.<\/p>\n

The result will be a detailed engineering report assessing the site infrastructure capabilities, capacities and condition noting any functional or operational issues that would be a cause for concern for an operator or investor. Commentary will also be given on the suitability of a particular site against a client\u2019s stated objectives and requirements. This will be based on the consultant\u2019s experience of providing both strategic and tactical advice to data centre clients over a period of many years.<\/p>\n
