Future-tech produced a Masterplan, Concept Design and animated 3D renders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Scope:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Future-tech were given the task of finding the maximum optimisation of space on a land plot in the UK. For this a stage 2 Masterplan design with new form factor was required to be produced which included 3D renders and animated fly-by.
