This included Architectural, Structural and Civils for Phase 1 of the construction (4.5 MW). Future-tech also provided technical procurement for the MEP infrastructure including long lead items and evaluation of technical submissions from potential vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovation:<\/strong>                                       Use of indirect air cooling in sub-Saharan Africa (Design PUE sub 1.3). Capable of accepting and installing pre-populated 55U racks including weight and height accommodation.
